3643K/44A/43NA/43N/45A/43P/43QA/43Q/49/43SA/43R/49A/49B S-parameter test module has reached the international equivalent level in terms of measurement speed, dynamic range and measurement stability. In terms of hardware, a new design concept and technical program are adopted, so that the key technical performance indexes of the whole machine are significantly improved; in terms of software, the spread spectrum system is based on the platform environment of Windows operating system, so that the interconnectivity and ease of use of the whole machine are greatly improved.
3643K/44A/43NA/43N/45A/43P/43QA/43Q/49/43SA/43R/49A/49B S-parameter test module can be combined with 3640A millimeter-wave spread spectrum controller and vector network analyzer to form a millimeter-wave vector network analyzer system, which can realize the flexible configuration of the frequency bands of 5mm, 3mm, 2mm, 1mm and higher bands, and the frequency can cover up to 500GHz. The system is characterized by simple system configuration, friendly user interface, high testing accuracy, etc., which can realize the measurement of all S-parameters of millimeter-wave network under test. The system is widely used in R&D and production testing of millimeter-wave components, MMICs, antennas and RCS, and materials.
