RF Measurement
Concerning RF measurements we can offer: scattering parameter measurement, near- and far- field measurement. For the measurement of the field distributions we have xyz and azimuthal positionier. We may also built a positioning system for your needs.
Furthermore, we have a GTEM cell working up to 6 GHz and several TEM cells for different frequecy ranges and testing volumes. Again, we can build a tailored TEM cell for your requirements (conventional stripline with two ground planes or a more open microstrip line). Just contact us!
Scattering Parameter Measurement
We can carry out scattering parameter measurements with our 4-port ZVA for you. We can connect the VNA directly to coaxial connector based devices or use on-wafer probes instead.

EMI Measurements with GTEM Cell
6 GHz TEM Cell generates the Electro-Magnetic field for testing small RF devices such as wireless communication receiver, Mobile phone, etc. An external test signal applied through the input port generates a consistent and predictable TEM test field inside the cell. The radiation field from a device transmitting in the Cell can also be detected through the port using a test receiver.
The unique compact and economical design is optimized for medium accuracy measurements beyond the standard TEM Cell frequency range.
