1465 series signal generator frequency range covers 100kHz ~ 67GHz, with excellent spectral purity and output power indicators, single-sideband phase noise 10GHz carrier @ 10kHz frequency deviation -126dBc/Hz, the maximum output power of up to 1W @ 20GHz, the dynamic range of the output power is greater than 150dB, which can satisfy the high-end needs of the test signal. High-precision analog scanning function, excellent performance of analog modulation and pulse modulation function, internal modulation signal generator frequency up to 10MHz, signal waveforms, pulse modulation minimum pulse width of 20ns and can produce flexible pulse string, to meet the analog modulation and pulse modulation of various test needs; with a large 10.1-inch display, 1280 × 800 pixels high resolution, and support for keys, mouse, touch screen and other operations. With 10.1-inch large display, 1280×800 pixels high resolution, and supporting keypad, mouse, touch screen and other operation modes, it can improve the operation experience and test efficiency at the same time. 1465 has excellent signal quality for both continuous wave and modulated signals, which is not only an ideal source of fundamental oscillator and clock, but also a high-performance analog simulation signal source, and it is mainly used for high-performance receiver test and component parameter test, which is suitable for many fields such as communication, navigation equipment, and so on.
